Our Fine Dining night was a triumph....

.... Fully booked 4 months before the night, a tasty 7 course meal, and happy customers all round! It was such great fun and a success, so we are planning another one in December! Here are some pictures of the food we did.

That's our freshly made doughnuts and seafood platters flying out the door today!!!!



Here is a look at the new interior of the bistro with our little lounge area....


..... We also run a lovely menu for the sofa area with basket meals, burgers, a selection of olive et al olives, and various other snacks, aswell as the regular menu too. Alternatively come down and perch up for a lovely bottle of Riesling, Pouilly Fume or a tasty Cromarty beer!!

Good night Crofters Bistro....


.... A lovely end to the day with our Caribbean themed night, 61 lovely people fed and watered! Goat curry, oxtail stew, eggplant rundown, blackened fish, calypso chicken and jerk lamb chops, amongst some lovely sides and desserts!! Thanks to my lovely team, couldn't ask for a nicer bunch of people to work with!! 27 booked for Saturday  breakfast tomorrow morning and a very busy weekend ahead of us!

3 flavours, white chocolate and vanilla, dark chocolate and chilli, and milk chocolate with salted caramel. Pour the hot milk, stirr, and add the marshmallow!! Simply scrumptious!

Pan fried monkfish, fennel and orange salad, and a hot and sour sauce! 


And a pint of King prawns with lemon and garlic aioli, very popular, all 5 portions went within 30 minutes of starting lunch service. 
We have more landing at Crofters bistro today for lunch, so form an orderly queue!!

We have some lovely specials for today and the weekend, and as a bit of fun we have come up with an idea for today! On arrival, if you greet Alistair our front of house manager, with the words " Haggis Scoticus" (which is the Latin for "wild haggis), you will receive a complimentary glass of house wine, or a soft drink!
