We did some lovely specials this weekend

Salmon fillet cured in, our own smoked salt, our own made lemon and cucumber infused gin, and beetroot! 

And a tasty chilled watermelon and mint soup with fresh berries!

.... A lovely end to the day with our Caribbean themed night, 61 lovely people fed and watered! Goat curry, oxtail stew, eggplant rundown, blackened fish, calypso chicken and jerk lamb chops, amongst some lovely sides and desserts!! Thanks to my lovely team, couldn't ask for a nicer bunch of people to work with!! 27 booked for Saturday  breakfast tomorrow morning and a very busy weekend ahead of us!
